If you are getting the following error on VMWARE 4 with your HA
cluster where one host is not joining the HA group

Cannot complete the configuration of the HA agent on the host. See the
task details for additional information. Other HA configuration error.

Try checking the management networks, ensure they are identical on all
hosts, if you are not using a distributed vswitch. In particular,
check details within port groups.

Well it would not be fun if there were no hiccups along the way, looks
like another server I have to take an image of and upload the image
with VMWARE converter. Live P2V failing me today.
